Heidi Banak has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality and legal sectors. Since April 2007, Heidi has served as Operations Manager and previously as Marketing Coordinator/Research Analyst at Hotel & Leisure Advisors, where responsibilities include managing marketing efforts, maintaining the company website, and overseeing email marketing and blog content. Prior to this role, Heidi worked as a Legal Secretary at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP from August 2005 to April 2007, and as a Legal Assistant at Shapiro & Felty from January 2004 to August 2005. Heidi holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University, completed between 1999 and 2003.
