Ajwad Hashim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ajwad is currently the CEO and Founder of Hotel Manager, a digital hotel ecosystem that connects hotels to local micro services to enhance the guest experience. In addition, they are an Investor at Jibble Group, a company focused on workforce management and payroll software.

Prior to their current roles, Ajwad worked as an Emerging Technologies Industry Consultant at Hashim Consulting Ltd. Ajwad provided strategy and investment consulting services for clients in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud, API, and Fintech. Notably, they worked with Northern Trust Commercial & Institutional Services on a 7-month contract, identifying opportunities worth over $43 million.

Ajwad also has a strong background in the finance and banking sector. Ajwad held various positions at Barclays, including Vice President, Head of Strategy, Innovation, and Emerging Technology, and Assistant Vice President, Innovation and Emerging Technology. Before joining Barclays, they worked as an Asset Management Analyst at J.P. Morgan, where they managed net asset valuations and performed financial modeling.

Earlier in their career, Ajwad served as the Managing Director of Union London, a social media marketing company. Ajwad successfully built the company's largest database of UK university students and collaborated with global brands for promotional campaigns. Ajwad also had internships at John Keells Holdings, where they led a data analytics and machine learning project, and Novartis.

Ajwad Hashim attended The Latymer School from 2002 to 2009. They then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL, completing it from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, Ajwad Hashim studied at The London Institute of Banking & Finance, earning a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from 2013 to 2017.
