Derrick Li is an experienced bar director and bartender with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Bar Director at Palette Tea Garden restaurant since February 2020, Derrick also works as a bartender at Hotel Nikko San Francisco's Kanpai lounge and at InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco. Previous roles include Bar Manager at Ozumo SF and Lead Bartender at M.Y. China restaurant. Derrick's bartending experience spans several years, including positions at China Live Ventures Limited LP and other renowned restaurants. Derrick pursued education at City College of San Francisco between 2007 and 2008.
