Alejandro Fabre has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the hotel and construction industries. Alejandro started their career at CEMEX in 2004, where they held various roles in human resources management. Alejandro later joined Hotel-Shops in 2016 as the Human Resources Director.
Alejandro Fabre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Anáhuac Mayab, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Alejandro also studied Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Universidad de Monterrey from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Alejandro earned a Licenciatura in Relaciones Industriales from IBERO Puebla between 1998 and 2003.
