Ethan Davis currently serves as the Wine Curator at Hotel Sorrento, where responsibilities include curating the wine list for Stella Restaurant, leading weekly staff training sessions, and overseeing the hotel's wine program since December 2022. Previously, Ethan worked as a Sales Representative at RANGE PROPERTIES, L.L.C., where lead management and cold calling were key tasks from January to June 2021. Earlier experience as a Waiter at Gravy included assisting with staff scheduling and training, along with participation in an intermediate sommelier class through the International Sommelier Guild. Ethan holds an Associate's degree in Business from Tacoma Community College and a degree from the UW Foster School of Business. Additionally, Ethan obtained an Intermediate Wine Certificate from the International Sommelier Guild in 2018.
