Michael Croce

Michael Croce is an experienced professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Hotel State College since January 2020. Croce has been an Advisory Board Member at the Penn State Institute for Real Estate Studies since June 2014, and a member of Robin Hood Ventures, co-investing in early-stage companies since 2010. As President of Pat Croce and Company, a family-run management firm established in July 2007, Croce focuses on building brands in the hospitality industry. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Medkita, Director of Enterprise Development at Direct Measurements, Inc., and President & CEO of Seacliff Property Group, LLC. Croce began their career as Membership Director at Greate Bay Country Club and as a Sales Representative at Mercedes Benz of West Chester. Croce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from Penn State University.
