From 2017 to 2020, they worked at dnata as the Head of Product and Product Director (interim), where they built and managed teams, defined roadmaps, and drove personalization strategies. Before that, at Travel Republic from 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Product Owner/ Product Insight Analyst, Trading Analyst, and Contract Tester, contributing to strategy development, implementation of machine learning software, and test reporting.
Andy Nyberg attended Kingston University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Audio Technology and Music Business Studies. In addition, they obtained a certification in Coding for non-coders from General Assembly in June 2017.
