Eleonora Penna

Eleonora Penna has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Trainer at Astro Skating for six years. In 2009, they joined Cabianna Srl as a Project Manager Assistant before moving on to work at Tomson Hospitality as an Intern, Interfunctional project in 2011. From 2012, they worked at D. Zappieri Art Direction & Consultancy as an External Marketing Advisor for a few months. In 2014, they became a Product Manager - California at Tourico Holidays and later took on the role of Regional Product Manager - North East Area from 2015 to 2018. Eleonora then worked at Hotelbeds as an Area Manager - New York City from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Supplier Partnerships at Hotel Trader and is also the Head of Supply since January 2023.

Eleonora Penna has a diverse education history in the field of business and management. In 2009, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi. Eleonora then pursued further education at Università Bocconi, completing a Master's Degree in Marketing management from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they focused on Techniques for Innovation Management. In 2012, Eleonora attended the University of Florida, where they earned a Certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Business Management. In the same year, they also obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
