Heather Jordan is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in bartending and food service management. Currently serving as a Bartender and Lead Cocktail Server at Hotel Valley Ho since February 2020, Heather also works as a Food Server at The Parlor Pizzeria. Prior experience includes positions at LondonHouse Chicago, Mickie Finnz, Rhythm Kitchen, Off The Strip Bistro & Bar at The LINQ, and Hooters Casino Hotel, where Heather held the role of Assistant General Manager of Food & Beverage. Heather's leadership experience is further complemented by a management position at Hooters of South Florida.
