Focusing on craft cocktails and Vermont-made liquors, Juniper is Burlington's farm to bar experience. In addition to Juniper, Hotel Vermont offers two other dining options, the renowned Hen of the Wood and Chef Doug Paine's new venture, Bleu Northeast Seafood, located in the Courtyard Burlington Harbor Hotel.
