Jennifer Cotter, CHA, serves as Senior Director of Asset Management at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE) since February 2013, contributing to the firm’s status as a leading international hotel owner and asset management company with extensive experience managing over 1,700 hotels and more than $160 billion in hotel real estate value. Previous roles include positions at Trex Enterprises from March 2006 to January 2013, where Jennifer worked as Corporate Operations Manager and Senior Director of Asset Management, among other titles, as well as various roles at Tecogen from 1997 to 2006. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, completed between 1983 and 1987.
