Roman Wunderlich has held a variety of positions in the hospitality industry since 2004. Roman began their career as an Intern at the West Virginia Development Office in 2004, followed by an Internship at Goldman Sachs in 2006. In 2008, they became the Operations Associate and then COO of ModelKarma USA. In 2010, they founded and became CEO of Sumo Skinny, LLC. From 2011-2014, they were the Founder and CEO of Grove Capital Partners. In 2014, they assumed the role of Managing Partner at Magnus Capital Partners. In 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Revpar Guru Inc. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and Managing Partner of UpLift Hospitality, as well as Co-Founder and Director of Business Development for Hotelitix - Revenue Management Software. In 2022, they founded FloFoil.
Roman Wunderlich has an extensive educational background. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, majoring in International Business. In 2013, they earned a Master's degree from Florida International University in Real Estate Development. From 2005-2007, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Cass Business School, majoring in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Finally, in 1997-2004, they earned an IB Diploma from Munich International School e.V., majoring in International Business.
