Katrina Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the hospitality industry. Katrina began their career at Holiday Inn Express as a Front Desk associate in November 2009. After two years, they joined InterMountain Management as an Assistant General Manager in November 2011, where they gained valuable operational and managerial experience. In February 2017, they were promoted to Operational Bench Manager and held this position until September 2020. In September 2020, Katrina joined HotelKey as a Manager of Client Services, and within a year, they advanced to the position of Director of Global Solutions. In September 2022, they further progressed to the role of Senior Director of Sales & Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Global Solutions at HotelKey, starting from May 2023. Throughout their career, Katrina has demonstrated their commitment and expertise in the hospitality industry, steadily progressing in their professional journey.

Katrina Stephenson completed their education from 2005 to 2008 at Lower Columbia College. During this period, they pursued an Associate's degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor.
