Visar Uruqi

Visar Uruqi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Visar started their career as an IT Officer at World University Service of Austria in 2000 and worked there until 2002. Visar then worked as a Software Developer at Infogroup from April 2005 to September 2005. After that, they joined SMARTTECH as a Web and Software Developer in 2007 and worked there until 2008.

In 2008, Visar became a Consultant at GFA International and stayed there until January 2010. Visar then joined TAK - Tax Administration of Kosovo as a Software Analyst in June 2010 and worked there until June 2015.

Most recently, Visar has been working at HotelKey since June 2015. Visar initially served as a Team Leader and Frontend Engineer and later became the Director of Web Development in December 2020, a role they continue to hold.

Visar Uruqi completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sciences from 2002 to 2007. Visar then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Visar has obtained a certification in "Elaborate .NET developing methods" from GFN AG in April 2013. Visar has also completed several online courses on various programming topics such as Angular 2, Express.js, Flexbox, JavaScript best practices, AngularJS, Objective-C, iOS development, and iOS operation models from Code School, although the months and years of completion are not specified.
