Yunicet Torres

Yunicet Torres is currently a Responsable de producción y calidad at Hotelsa Foodservice, where they oversee quality assurance and production processes. They previously worked as a jefe de producción and have significant experience in food safety and quality control, including the implementation of the APPCC system. Yunicet also held positions in various organizations, such as PRODAL and Florette Vegetales de Canarias, focusing on production efficiency and laboratory technology. They obtained a degree in Food Science and Technology from the Universidad de La Habana and completed additional coursework in quality management and risk prevention in the food industry.
