Bianca Faraj

Bianca Faraj serves as a Design Manager Sr at Hotmart since July 2024, following a role as Design Manager at Itaú Unibanco from July 2023 to June 2024. Previously, Bianca held the position of Design Manager at Nubank from May 2021 to July 2023 and contributed as a mentor at Awari during the same period. Bianca's experience includes serving as Head of Design at Banco Bmg and as Design Lead at Accenture Brasil, with a foundational role as a UX Designer at Walmart eCommerce. Bianca co-founded and managed Studio Conecte, overseeing all aspects of the agency, and previously managed the graphic and web design sector at Escola Mobile. Bianca holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Media Communication from Senac and a degree in Graphic Design from FMU.
