Domenico Zema is an experienced professional in the growth and engineering sectors, currently serving as Coordenador de Growth at PicPay since October 2021, after progressing through roles as Especialista de Growth and Analista de Growth Senior. Prior to PicPay, Domenico worked at everis as a Lead Engineer, focusing on machine learning pipelines and model validation in the marketplace and fintech sectors, and at Visagio as a Consultant, where responsibilities included mapping operations and implementing logistics solutions in telecommunications. Domenico's career began as an Estagiário in developing demand forecasting routines and classification models in the acquiring sector. With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and additional studies at Politecnico di Milano, Domenico combines technical expertise with practical experience in growth strategies and engineering.
