Emerson Costa

Emerson Costa has over 15 years of experience in software development, currently serving as Development Coordinator at Hotmart since December 2015, where leadership includes managing two teams of 10 to 14 developers focused on global web and mobile financial experience projects. Previous roles at Hotmart include Software Engineer and Tech Lead, overseeing web and mobile projects, as well as Java Backend Engineer. Prior to Hotmart, Emerson worked at Spread as a Full Stack Developer on Brazilian government systems, and held similar roles at Maxtrack, CPM Braxis Capgemini, CYMO Tecnologia em Gestão, GCI, and Renavem TI, contributing to various web applications and backend systems using technologies such as Java EE, Spring, and MySQL. Emerson holds a degree in Information Systems from PUC Minas.
