João Pedro Resende

João Pedro Resende is the CEO and Co-Founder at Hotmart. João has over 15 years of experience in the tech industry and has held various positions including Project Manager, Technical Leader, Software Developer, and Configuration Manager. Prior to Hotmart, João Pedro was with Spread and Gaia Technologies. While at Spread, they were responsible for building and managing software development teams as well as planning and controlling project schedules and costs. João also identified, monitored, and controlled risks while assuring the project's compliance with the best management practices and the company's CMMI3 (CMMI5 candidate) process. At Gaia Technologies, they served as System Architect and Team Leader. João Pedro holds a degree in Computer Science from Federal University of Minas Gerais.

João Pedro Resende has a MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Graduation in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais.
