Lyda Forero has a strong background in research analysis and project management, especially in industries such as grocery & general retailers, CPG, automobile, and non-for-profit sectors. With experience at Hotspex since 2011, she has progressed from a Research Analyst to a Senior Vice President of Research. She has also gained valuable experience as the Director of Educational Support Programs at Compensar. Lyda holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a Post Grad Diploma in Research Analysis from Georgian College, and a Master's in Education, Languages, and Media from Universidad Nacional de San Martín.
