Atul Kapoor is an experienced executive with a robust background in retail and channel sales, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Operations at Hotspot Retail Private Limited since April 2007. At Hotspot, Atul develops, launches, and manages the retail business through exclusive brand outlets and oversees operations for 260 stores across the northern region. Previous roles include Area Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where Atul managed channel sales for Nokia phones, and Sr. Officer in channel sales at Grasim Industries Limited. Atul began a career in sales as an Asst. Officer at Indian Rayon, following an early promotion from Management Trainee. Atul holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Rajasthan.
