Aditya Sharma

Aditya Sharma has a diverse work experience that spans multiple organizations. Aditya started their career at HotWax Systems as a Software Trainee in October 2016 and then transitioned to the role of an Enterprise Software Engineer, where they delivered artifacts based on solution design and implemented tools for project setup automation.

In 2019, Aditya joined HotWax Commerce as a Senior Enterprise Software Engineer, responsible for collaborating with managers to define roadmaps and delivery plans. Aditya also worked as a Digital Experience Platform (DXP) DoE, contributing to the composition, management, delivery, and optimization of contextualized digital experiences.

Since 2017, Aditya has been actively involved with The Apache Software Foundation. Aditya became a Member in 2017, playing a role similar to a shareholder in publicly traded corporations. Aditya also served as a PMC Member and a Committer for Apache Community Development, contributing and reviewing code repositories. Aditya held similar positions for Apache OFBiz, an open-source enterprise resource planning system, and Apache Roller, an Apache Incubator project.

Furthermore, Aditya showcased their expertise as a Speaker at ApacheCon @Home 2020, where they delivered a talk on Apache Incubator and the process of building incubator communities.

Aditya Sharma attended the Indore Institute of Science & Technology (II), Pithampur Iim, Rau, Indore from 2012 to 2016 to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science. Additionally, they also studied at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya during the same period, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering. In November 2015, Aditya obtained multiple certifications from Aspiring Minds, including AMCAT Certified Business Analyst, AMCAT Certified Business Consultant, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, AMCAT Certified Software Development Trainee, AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services, AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - Product, and AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension.
