John Ocal

John Ocal is an experienced transport engineer currently working at Hotwire Communications Ltd since August 2018, where responsibilities include managing the life cycle for third-party circuits, colocation, and cross connect services while facilitating collaboration among account managers, carriers, and data centers. Prior roles include a variety of positions at CloudHesive, such as NOC Supervisor and Service Desk Cloud Engineer, and at Centerfield Corporation as a NOC Engineer providing first call support. John’s extensive background at Host.net includes experience as a Sales Engineer, where complex carrier network topologies were designed, as well as serving in NOC roles with training responsibilities. John completed education at Plantation High School from 1994 to 1998.
