Joseph Demarco

Joseph DeMarco has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Joseph began their career at Penn Traffic in 1996 as a Manager of Production Services, where they managed a team and provided support for OS/390 mainframe and client server systems. Joseph then moved on to Mobilnet Management Services, Inc in 2001 as a Data Center Manager, where they designed and implemented IT infrastructure and led projects to streamline accounting systems.

In 2006, DeMarco joined Immediate Mailing Services Inc as a Manager of Technical Services and Application Development. Here, they implemented an inventory control system and managed a team of developers and designers. Joseph then transitioned to Verizon in 2008 as a Project Manager, overseeing call center deployments and support. Joseph successfully managed simultaneous projects and completed them on time and under budget.

DeMarco's next move was to Time Warner Cable in 2008, where they held various roles including Engineering Project Manager, Director of Market Development, and Sr. Director of Market Development. Here, they managed Next Generation Network deployments, coordinated vendor activities, and identified requirements for hardware and infrastructure.

Continuing their career in the telecommunications industry, DeMarco joined Charter Communications in 2016. Joseph served as the Sr. Director of Market Expansion and later as the Vice President of Service Delivery. In these roles, they played a key role in market expansion and service delivery strategies.

Most recently, DeMarco joined Spectrum Enterprise in 2018 as the Vice President of Service Delivery, where they continued to contribute to service delivery initiatives. In 2022, they joined Hotwire Communications Ltd in the same capacity.

Throughout their career, DeMarco has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, successfully managing teams, coordinating vendor activities, and completing projects on time and within budget.
