Brian Lancioni

Brian Lancioni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, sales training, and management. Currently serving as the Owner of HOTWORX since August 2021, Brian spearheads a fitness facility offering 24-hour access to innovative infrared sauna workouts. Prior to this, Brian held the role of Business Development Account Manager at PrideStaff for over eight years, providing effective staffing solutions. Brian's 20-year tenure with the United States Marine Corps included various leadership positions, such as Director of Sales and Operations and Analysis Chief, where significant improvements in recruitment and training were achieved. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California, complemented by a Church Counseling Certificate from Saddleback Church and additional management education from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
