Shannon McMasters

Shannon McMasters serves as the General Manager at HOTWORX since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in the fitness industry. Prior roles include Kappa Sigma House Mom for the Xi Chapter since August 2018, Assistant General Manager at Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) from December 2022 to February 2024, and Studio Manager + Instructor at Full Out Barre from August 2021 to January 2022, where a new studio was successfully launched. Shannon's earlier experience includes positions as Studio Manager and Regional Manager at Orangetheory Fitness, Sales Manager at Pediatric Products LLC, and Owner of McMasters Gift Sales, LLC. Education includes a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor's degree in Health from the University of Arkansas.
