Christian Ward, M.Ed, is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in instructional design and development across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since April 2018, Christian previously held roles including Elearning Developer/Training Development Analyst at Ciena and Learning and Development Manager at Campus Management Corp, where significant course offerings were expanded. With a strong background in designing curriculum and training for diverse educational settings, Christian's expertise includes developing innovative online courses, enhancing cost-efficiency, and utilizing established instructional design models such as ADDIE. Christian holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
