Ivonne Mercado has extensive experience in translation and content management, currently serving as the Managing Editor for the Translation and Content Team at Great Minds since October 2020. In this role, Ivonne directs and executes large translation projects across various subjects, supervises a multilingual team, and aligns their efforts with the company's strategic vision. Prior to this, Ivonne held the position of Translation Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since January 1999, providing subject matter expertise in Spanish, ELL/ELD, and World Languages, while ensuring the quality of vendor content and facilitating timely feedback.
