Polly Pauline Patrick

Polly Pauline Patrick is an experienced educational consultant with a diverse background in instructional leadership and professional development. Currently, Polly serves as an Educational Consultant at ICLE Instructional and Leadership Consultant since November 2014. In addition, Polly has been a Senior Professional Development Associate at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since 2011, focusing on strategic consulting for school improvement and delivering professional development for teachers. With a foundational career as a Teacher and Teacher Instructional Coach at Minnetonka Public Schools since 1985, Polly also contributed to HMH Educational Specialist Services as a Teacher/Professional Development Associate from 2011 to March 2022, providing educational consulting throughout the United States.
