Rafael Rodriguez Risch is an experienced professional in procurement and accounts payable management, currently serving as Accounts Payable Manager and Procure To Pay Program Lead at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since February 2014. Previously, Rafael held the position of Sr. Procurement Sourcing Manager at Citigroup from March 2001 to 2013 and has a diverse background in procurement roles at OIA, NYCTA, and military service as a Captain in the United States Army from 1982 to 1988. Rafael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Chemistry from Central University of Bayamon in Puerto Rico.
