Robert Kaplinsky

Robert Kaplinsky is an experienced educator and consultant with a strong background in mathematics and education. Currently serving as President of Grassroots Workshops since March 2016, Kaplinsky has also been an author for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt since February 2014. As a consultant for Glenrock Consulting, LLC since October 2001, Kaplinsky has provided expertise in various educational contexts. Previous roles include Teacher Specialist in Mathematics at Downey Unified School District from September 2005 to June 2018 and Math/Science Teacher at Camino Nuevo Charter Academy from March 2003 to June 2005. Early career experience includes developer positions at Virgin and SCIENT CORP in 2001. Kaplinsky holds a B.S. in Mathematics/Applied Computer Science from UCLA and an M.Ed. in Cross-Cultural Education from National University.
