Kevin Dalton has over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Modern Bank, N.A. since August 2015. In addition to this role, Kevin has been a licensed salesperson with Houlihan Lawrence Realty - Referral Network since March 2007. Prior experience includes nearly a decade as Assistant Vice President at The Community Preservation Corporation from December 2005 to April 2015. Kevin Dalton holds a degree in Economics from Fairfield University, a Salesperson License from the NY Real Estate Institute, and a degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate.
