Bob Hotz

Bob Hotz is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance. Currently serving as Co-Chairman and Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance at Houlihan Lokey since June 2002, Bob has built a distinguished career in the financial sector. Prior to this role, Bob was Senior Vice Chairman of UBS and Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas from 1991 to 2002. Bob also led corporate finance at Smith Barney Harris & Upham & Co from 1982 to 1991. Educationally, Bob holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
