Daniel Klausner has over 30 years of work experience in the finance industry. Daniel currently works at Houlihan Lokey as the U.S. Head of Public Equity Capital Markets Advisory, where they lead the public equity and IPO capital markets advisory practice. Prior to this, Daniel was the Head of Capital Markets Advisory at PwC, where they led the Capital Market Advisory practice and provided guidance on capital raising and investor relations. Daniel also worked at FTI Capital Advisors, UBS Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch, holding various senior roles in corporate finance and investment banking. Throughout their career, Daniel has built exceptional client relationships and has extensive expertise in capital market financing, equity and debt story, and investment banking strategies.
Daniel Klausner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a major in Finance and a minor in Anthropology, from The Wharton School. Daniel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, they earned a Series 63 (State), Series 7 (Representative), and Series 79 certifications from FINRA.
