Gaurav M. is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey since November 2022, Gaurav leads initiatives related to buy-side deal advisory, mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness, and GAAP conversion. Prior to this role, Gaurav was a Manager at EY from February 2018 to October 2022, overseeing finance transformation projects and international reporting standards. Gaurav's earlier career includes positions as Assistant Manager at Dion Global Solutions Ltd, HSBC, and Network18 Media & Investments Limited, focusing on IND-AS implementation, external reporting, and statutory compliance. Gaurav holds a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Dip FR in IFRS from ACCA, and a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University.
