Gemma Hardy

Gemma Hardy has worked for several companies in various roles throughout their career. Gemma started their professional journey in 2003 as an Associate at PwC, where they worked until 2006. Gemma then joined Grant Thornton UK LLP as a Corporate Finance Manager from 2007 to 2010. Gemma moved on to Cargill, where they took on the role of Accounting Manager from 2011 to 2013. Gemma returned to Grant Thornton UK LLP in 2014 as an Associate Director, a position they held until 2019. Gemma then joined Fircroft as the Head of Corporate Development and Treasury from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined GCA Altium as Chief of Staff, and currently, Gemma is working at Houlihan Lokey, where they started in 2021 and has held the roles of VP, Operations and SVP, Operations.

Gemma Hardy completed their ACA qualification from ICAEW in 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Leeds in 2003. Gemma had also completed their A Level and GCSE examinations from Altrincham Grammar School for Girls in 2000.
