Geoffrey Baldwin

Geoffrey Baldwin currently serves as the Chairman of the Global Technology Group at Houlihan Lokey since November 2021. Baldwin is also a Board Member and Investor at Gravity Diagnostics since September 2020. Previously, Baldwin co-founded, served as President and CEO of GCA, a growth industry focused investment bank, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in November 2021. Further notable roles include Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Investor at Unify Square from January 2013 to June 2021, Board Member at Stellar Labs, Inc. from September 2014 to September 2016, and Board Member at bwin.party digital entertainment from June 2011 to October 2013. Baldwin's background in investment banking includes a position as Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley from May 1998 to March 2003. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern California, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
