Irwin N. Gold

Irwin N. Gold is the current Executive Chairman and Director at Houlihan Lokey. Irwin has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, they were a Principal at Seneca Group from 1986 to 1988. Irwin also served as the Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance at Wood Bros. Homes from 1985 to 1986. Gold began their career as a corporate attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 1982 to 1985.

Irwin N. Gold graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and then went on to obtain their Doctor of Law from the University of Virginia School of Law. Irwin is also certified from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 24 and 63).
