Leo Kao

Leo Kao is a seasoned professional in real estate advisory, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey since June 2014. Prior to this, Leo held positions as Senior Associate in Real Estate Advisory Services at Alvarez & Marsal and in the Real Estate Group at Duff and Phelps. Earlier career experience includes working as an Asset Manager at Kam Sang Company, focused on real estate development and asset management. Leo holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Entrepreneurship, both from the University of Southern California.
