Prerna Anand

Prerna Anand currently serves as an HR Business Partner in Financial and Valuation Advisory at Houlihan Lokey since August 2022. Prior to this, Prerna held various HR roles at EY from March 2011 to August 2022, including HR Business Partner and Manager of Talent Acquisition, focusing on employee retention, engagement, performance management, and talent development. Prerna’s career began at EY India as a Human Resources Consultant, after completing an MBA at IBS with a specialization in Human Resources Management. Early experience includes a management trainee position at Reliance, where analysis of attrition was conducted. Prerna holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Panjab University.
