Sascha Pfeiffer

Sascha Pfeiffer is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Global Head of the Houlihan Lokey Technology Group and Global Co-Head of Software. Sascha also heads the European Technology Group and is a member of the European CF Executive Committee at Houlihan Lokey since December 2021. Prior to this, Sascha was a member of the Board and the Global Executive Committee at GCA from August 2016 to December 2021, and co-headed Europe while serving as CEO of GCA Altium AG from December 2012 to December 2021. Sascha's extensive experience in technology mergers and acquisitions includes a role as Managing Director and Partner at DC Advisory and Managing Director of the Close Brothers Technology M&A Team. Earlier career endeavors include positions at Allianz Global Investors, Bayerische Landesbank, and HypoVereinsbank. Sascha holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim and attended W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
