Shuhul Bhat

Shuhul Bhat is an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shuhul Bhat gained extensive experience at FTI Consulting, serving as Director of Restructuring and holding various positions including Senior Consultant and Associate within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring team from August 2016 to January 2023. Shuhul Bhat holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University (2012-2014).
