Karolina Bakalarova

Karolina Bakalarova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product, marketing, and ecommerce leadership spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product & Merchandising at Hourglass Cosmetics since April 2024, Karolina previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce at T3 Micro for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included global commercial strategy, ecommerce channel oversight, and integrated marketing initiatives. Earlier career roles include directing marketing and DTC efforts at FIJI Water, where strategic management of the DTC business significantly increased profitability, as well as leading product development at POM Wonderful LLC. Karolina's educational background includes an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
