Rebecca Reifman

Rebecca Reifman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a member of TroopHR since October 2024 and previously as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Hourglass Cosmetics since June 2018. At Hourglass, Reifman oversees various HR functions, including talent acquisition and compliance, for a global luxury beauty brand. Reifman's prior roles include serving as a member of Chief, and as Sr. Director of People, Compliance, & Talent at Leaf Group, where Reifman was the lead HR professional. Other significant experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at The Wonderful Company and as Sr. Center Director at SCORE! Educational Centers. Reifman holds a BA in Sociology and History from UC Santa Barbara, an HR Management Certificate from UCLA Extension, and a high school diploma from Harvard Westlake.
