Taylor Neal

Taylor Neal has a strong background in construction project management, with experience spanning multiple companies. Taylor began their career as a Summer Laborer at Abby Construction, Inc in 2006. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Summer Intern at Graybeale Construction, Inc. Taylor then worked as a Resident Advisor at Hampden-Sydney College from 2007 to 2008.

In 2009, Taylor interned at Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc.

Taylor joined Clark Construction in 2010 as an Office Engineer, and worked there until 2012.

Taylor then joined Graybeale Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager, a role they held from 2012 to 2016.

Taylor transitioned to R-CI Builders in 2016, where they continued to work as a Project Manager until 2017.

Currently, Taylor is employed at Hourigan as a Project Manager. Taylor started as an Assistant Project Manager in 2017 and was promoted to Project Manager in July 2019.

Taylor Neal attended Hampden-Sydney College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Following this, Taylor pursued a Master's degree in Building Construction Science & Management from Virginia Tech, which they completed from 2008 to 2010.
