Todd Bagwell

Todd Bagwell began their work experience in 1997 as the Chief Estimator at Clark Construction. Todd held this role for 15 years before joining Hourigan Construction in 2012. At Hourigan Construction, Todd assumed the position of Senior Vice President - Preconstruction Services and is currently working in this role.

Todd Bagwell attended the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
