Morgan Wentland

Morgan Wentland, MBA has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2016, Morgan joined Housby as the VP of Human Resources, where they played a crucial role in providing strategic direction for the company. They also supervised and provided consultation to management on staffing, compensation, training, budget, and labor relations. Prior to this, Morgan held positions such as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at Housby, where they focused on maintaining compliance with HR policies and processes. Before joining Housby, Morgan worked as a Recruiter at Solar Transport, where they conducted day-to-day recruiting activities and managed the online application system. In 2014, they served as an HR Service Delivery Specialist at Kum & Go, where they provided support in various HR areas. Morgan also gained experience as a Human Resource Summer Intern at Holmes Murphy & Associates and as an Orientation Leader at The University of Iowa.

Morgan Wentland, MBA, has an extensive education history. Morgan completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa, where they double majored in Psychology and Communication Studies from 2011 to 2014. Furthermore, Morgan obtained their High School Diploma from Ankeny High School from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Morgan also holds a Microsoft Excel 2013 Certificate of Completion, which they obtained from Des Moines Area Community College in March 2015.
