Frank Pogue has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Frank began their career at Procter and Gamble in 1997, where they served as the Global Dentifrice Innovation Manager until 2001. Frank then moved on to various roles at Procter and Gamble, including Crest Brand Management and NA Dentifrice New Product and Supply Chain Manager. In 2007, they became the Innovation Leader for Household Care New Business Creation and later the Oral-B Global Innovation Leader. Frank then joined StarKist as the Vice President of Marketing, Innovation, and Corporate Affairs, where they were also responsible for government and public relations. Frank later worked at Nielsen as the Director of Marketing Effectiveness, helping companies improve their marketing effectiveness and investment ROI. Currently, Frank holds the position of Vice President of Marketing, Retail Sales, and Business Development at House-Autry Mills Inc.

Frank Pogue has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Penn State University, which they obtained from 1981 to 1984. Frank later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University, from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Frank obtained certifications in Brand Management College from Procter & Gamble Marketing in January 2004, and in Masters Level Program Manager from Procter and Gamble Innovation Management Discipline, although the specific attainment dates are unknown.
