Radana Lancman

Radana Lancman is a seasoned professional in garment technology and product development, currently serving as a Senior Garment Technologist and Product Developer at House of CB since January 2023. This role involves conducting fittings, overseeing tech packs, and enhancing communication between UK and overseas factories while setting quality control standards. In addition to this full-time position, Radana works as a freelance consultant for Highstreet MultiBrand/Supplier and is an Operational Manager at FYRE LONDON, focusing on supply chain efficiency and product development. Prior experience includes co-founding Catalyst Activewear, where Radana directed product development and utilized 3D technology, as well as holding project management roles in property redesign and bespoke tailoring at ASTF. Radana holds a BA in Fashion Design and Realisation from the University of Arts London LCF and a Bachelor's degree in Art & Design from Central St. Martins.
