Ashley Lawrence

Ashley Lawrence has a diverse work experience in the beauty and personal care industry. Ashley is currently the Global Head of Product Development, Makeup and Skincare at House of Colour USA since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at VitalSkin Dermatology as a Senior Product Manager from December 2022 to June 2023. Ashley also held senior management positions at Young Living Essential Oils, serving as the Senior Manager of Product Development, Personal Care from December 2021 to December 2022, and as the Manager of Product Development, Personal Care from January 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Young Living Essential Oils, Ashley worked at Perfectly Posh as a Senior Product Development Manager from March 2017 to January 2020. Ashley began their career at Young Living Essential Oils as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist from March 2015 to March 2017, and as a Labeling Specialist from September 2014 to March 2015.

Ashley Lawrence earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Illustration from Utah Valley University, completing their education from 2008 to 2012.
